Wesley Chapel Hydro Jetting is a drain-cleaning service for homes in central and southern Pasco County and the north Tampa suburbs next door. Tim owns it, answers questions about it and works as lead technician on the trucks. It operates under the H.I.P. Home Service & Drain name, and the logo carries an “est. 2013” mark.
The focus is narrow on purpose. We clean pipe, and we show our work. That means hydro jetting, camera inspection, root cutting and ordinary snaking, and nothing that involves a trench.
The Gear on the Truck
Four categories of equipment cover nearly every call. A hydro jetter with a hose reel handles scouring grease, scale and silt. A set of nozzles goes on the hose: a forward-penetrating head to open a blocked line, a rotating head to clean the wall, and a root-cutting head when roots are the problem. A sewer camera with a monitor shows what is inside the pipe. Cable machines and hand augers handle the simpler clogs in sinks, tubs, toilets and floor drains.
We do not quote pressure numbers as a selling point. The setting depends on the pipe material and what the camera shows. Our PSI and nozzles guide explains why a bigger figure is not automatically better.
What a Visit Looks Like
The technician finds the cleanout or the nearest access point, then runs the camera when the symptoms point to the main line or to a repeat clog. You see the monitor. Then the price goes on paper, the work happens, and a second look confirms the result.
Smaller jobs skip the camera and go straight to the cable. A kitchen sink clog does not need a sewer inspection, and we do not add one. The step-by-step version is in what to expect from a hydro jetting visit.
Standards We Hold to
- A written price first. Free estimates, honored for 30 days, with the number on paper before work starts.
- We beat any written quote from a licensed competitor.
- Florida licensed and insured.
- Same-day service when the schedule allows, and 24/7 emergency calls.
- A 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something is not right when we leave, we come back.
- Honest limits. Jetting does not repair a broken pipe, does not stop roots from growing back and does not promise a line will never clog again.
Where We Work
Our Wesley Chapel base covers the newer subdivisions along SR-54 and SR-56. From there we travel to Lutz, Land O' Lakes, Zephyrhills and the rest of the service area. Pipe age and tree cover change from one end of that range to the other, and the area pages note what to expect in each place.
Prices for jetting, snaking and camera work are published in the hydro jetting cost guide, so you can read them before you call.
Questions about the work?
Call or text and ask. We would rather explain the method than have you guess.

Tim owns the business and leads the crew. The work is done under the H.I.P. Home Service & Drain name. The number on this site reaches the same people who drive the trucks.
A hydro jetter with a hose reel and a set of nozzles, a sewer camera with a monitor, cable machines for ordinary snaking, and hand augers for toilets. Which one comes off the truck first depends on the symptom and on what the camera shows.
No. If the camera shows Orangeburg, a cracked or collapsed section, or heavily corroded iron, we stop and explain. Snaking or a repair contractor may be the better route, and the footage is yours to show anyone you like.
No. We clean, jet, snake and camera-inspect. Digging, relining and replacement belong to a plumber or repair contractor, and we will tell you plainly when your line has reached that point.
Yes, licensed and insured in the State of Florida. If a landlord, HOA or insurer needs proof for a particular job, ask when you call and we will sort out the paperwork they need.
