Drain Service for Wesley Chapel, FL 33544
Most calls start the same way. The sink drained slowly in spring, someone ran a cable through it, and by summer it is slow again. The pipe wall is coated with grease, scale or a fringe of roots, and the water has less room every month.
Hydro jetting fixes that. A nozzle on a hose sends high-pressure water at the wall, scours it, and flushes the debris out the cleanout. Tim leads the crew and the truck setup behind this site, which handles hydro jetting, sewer line jetting, kitchen line grease jetting and root removal across Wesley Chapel and the Pasco County towns around it.
A plain toilet or tub clog is a job for the cable, and we say so. Here is what a visit looks like.

Tell us which drain, what it is doing and since when. You get a ballpark before anyone drives out.
We find the cleanout and run a camera when symptoms call for it.
You see the footage and get the price in writing. Once you approve, we pick a nozzle to suit the blockage and the pipe.
A second pass confirms the wall is clean and the water runs free. Any crack or sag gets reported, not hidden.
Look First, Quote Second
Most homes in this part of Pasco County were built after 2000, so the sewer pipe is usually PVC or ABS, and jetting suits plastic. Older pockets in Dade City, Zephyrhills, San Antonio, Temple Terrace and the Saddlebrook area may still have clay, cast iron or Orangeburg in the line.
So the camera comes before the pressure. It shows pipe material, root entry points and sags, and it shows when jetting is the wrong tool. We do not dig or replace pipe, so damage on the footage means a recommendation to call a plumber or repair contractor. More in the PSI and nozzles guide.
Why Jetting, Not Just a Snake
A cable cuts a channel through a clog and leaves the coating on the wall.
Newer-home lines clog from grease and wipes. Jetting removes the film instead of boring one hole through it.
Pressure breaks the buildup loose. Flow moves it out instead of leaving it downstream to snag again.
A root-cutting nozzle shears the mass inside the line. A bare cable often just stirs it.
Footage before and after replaces guesswork. You see the problem and the clean pipe.
Fragile pipe and plain tub clogs get a different answer. Our drain cleaning service covers those.
Free, in writing, honored for 30 days. If something is not right after we leave, we come back.
Everything the Truck Handles
Most of the rain here falls June through September. Saturated sand loads pipe joints and roots follow moisture to any loose one, so a line that coped in March can back up by August.

Hydro Jetting Notes
Smooth PVC does not rust, yet kitchen sinks and toilets in new subdivisions still back up. Here is where the snag starts.

If yours is not here, call or text. We will answer it honestly whether or not it turns into a job.
A standard residential visit runs $350–$650. A kitchen line is $275–$450, a main line with moderate roots is $400–$750, and a camera pass added to a jetting visit is $150–$300. The hydro jetting cost guide explains what moves a job up or down within those ranges.
Not always. For one stubborn clog in a branch line, a cable is faster and cheaper, at $175–$325. When grease, scale or roots keep rebuilding the blockage, a cable only punches a hole and jetting washes the wall. See why drains clog again after snaking.
It can, on the wrong pipe. Plastic, and clay or iron in sound shape, take jetting well. Orangeburg, cracked pipe and badly corroded cast iron do not, so older lines get the camera first. See what jetting does to each pipe material.
It clears roots out of the pipe, using cutting nozzles when the camera shows a heavy mass. The tree is still there, so roots can return, usually at the joint they came through. See root removal.
Most homes here went up after 2000 with plastic pipe, so repeat clogs usually mean grease and wipes, not corrosion. Pasco County’s wastewater director says wipes and grease twist into ropes several feet long in the county system; the same buildup forms in house lines. Read why it happens.
Tell us when you call. Clearing house lines up to the tank is one job. Pushing high-pressure water into a drainfield is another, and we do not do it. Some outlying addresses are on septic, so confirm yours.
Both. We auger toilets ($125–$225), snake kitchen drains ($150–$275), and clear tubs, showers, floor drains and laundry lines. The drain cleaning and snaking page lists what each visit includes.
We show you the footage and say so plainly. We clean, jet and inspect lines, but we do not dig, reline or replace pipe. A broken or collapsed section goes to a plumber or repair contractor.
